Founded by Libby and Jeff Strickland, we would like Colorado City Coffee to be your place to feel at home and drink great coffee. After some career changes, moves and having children our values have come to the forefront. We want to be present in our community and surround our family with meaningful connections in Colorado Springs.
Colorado City Coffee will proudly be serving Buena Vista Roastery coffee, where Jeff and Libby met in 2012. Libby has worked in and out of coffee for years and is excited to serve coffee and homemade baked goods to her neighbors. We will be opening December 2026 and can’t wait to meet you!
